When you arrive for your first appointment, our friendly staff will greet you and help you get settled. If you haven’t completed your New Patient Paperwork yet, you can fill it out in the comfort of our reception area. in.
Next, you’ll meet with Dr. Falconer for a detailed consultation. This is our time to truly listen—understanding your health concerns, reviewing your history, and determining if chiropractic or acupuncture can help you. If we believe we can help, we’ll proceed with a thorough examination and, whenever possible, begin your treatment the same day.

X-rays or other advanced imaging may be ordered if needed. If you’ve already had X-rays, MRIs, or other scans elsewhere, please let us know—we can request copies. For patients who’ve had imaging done at Deaconess or St. Vincent’s, we can access those images instantly during your visit.
