On your first visit, you will be greeted by our friendly staff. If you haven’t had the opportunity to fill out the new patient paperwork, you can do so in the comfort of our reception area. A detailed consultation with Dr. Falconer will follow. This is an important time for us to listen to your complaints and find out if yours is a case we think we can help. If so, a thorough examination will follow. We will then go ahead and start your treatment plan that day. Patients come to us for relief and we don’t want them to wait another day for any treatment to take place.
X-rays may be taken if necessary with our on-site x-ray equipment. If you have had x-rays or MRI’s at other facilities we may request those. We can pull up any images from Deaconess, St. Mary’s or Advanced Diagnostic on our system immediately while you are in the office.

After getting all the facts of your case, we will sit down and explain what we think we can do to help. We offer short pain relief based treatment plans as well as more thorough stabilization plans. How you choose to use us is always up to you. We will try to show you some exercises or stretches you can do to help yourself get better faster and identify any activities or movements you should avoid. Some people respond very quickly to our treatment and others take longer. If you are not responding well, we re-evaluate and decide if other we need to change gears or make referrals for other tests or to other specialists.
